Welcome to EatClub’s Terms and Conditions. EatClub is an online platform and mobile application. Because the Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations, please read them carefully.


When we refer to a:


  • Digital Wallet we are referring to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay or any other digital wallet provider capable of provisioning the EatClub Pay Card to your Device;

  • Device we are referring to a mobile or wearable device that allows you to store or otherwise add a EatClub Pay Card to a Digital Wallet;

  • Funding Card we are referring to an eligible credit or debit card provided by you at the time you register within the EatClub app that is used to fund transactions made using the EatClub Pay Card.
EatClub dining rules

When dining out on an EatClub offer, please ensure you follow these dining rules to ensure your offer remains valid.

Your EatClub walk-in offer will become invalid otherwise. Venues create these offers when they have spare tables to fill, so you shouldn't need a reservation. In the event the venue is busy, you may have to wait for a free table.

No need to tell staff you have an offer. It's completely automated with the EatClub digital card.

Your EatClub offer cannot be used in conjunction with existing promotions, such as in-house specials, happy hours, or offers from deal platforms.

Offer is invalid if you exceed the guest maximum, clearly stated on your redeemed offer.

Otherwise, it can sour our relationship with the venue and result in offers taken down.
